To return goods you must first download this PDF, complete the form and email it to info@franklyby.com, Once your request has been approved you will receive an email with a return label. Print the return label and attach it to your package. Email the package.

General conditions:
If you do not pick up your package in time, it will automatically be sent back to our warehouse and you must pay the value of the order up to SEK 300

Exceptions / disposable items

Products purchased from an authorized Frankly By retailer must primarily go through the store itself, don't forget to bring the receipt! We cannot accept returns purchased anywhere other than www.franklyby.com

Please note that we do not have a "satisfied customer guarantee". This means that we do not accept returns of products that you have used but that do not meet your expectations.

We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

In case of possible allergies or hypersensitivity, we always recommend that you try a new product on a small area (for example on the wrist) and wait for 24 hours to see if you get any reaction.
