REFUND POLICY

We return goods within 30 days according to our 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to make a return.

If you do not pick up your package in time, it will automatically be returned to our warehouse and you will be charged up to SEK 250 in fees.

Damage or problems
Check your order when you have it delivered and contact us directly if a product is broken, damaged or if you received the wrong item so our team can evaluate the error and, if possible, remedy it.

Exceptions/products that cannot be returned
We do not accept returns on products purchased anywhere other than www.franklyby.com
Products purchased from an authorized dealer of Frankly by must primarily go through that dealer. Don't forget the receipt!

Note that we do not have a "satisfied customer guarantee". This means that we cannot accept returns on products that you have used but that do not meet your expectations.

We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

If you have an allergy or hypersensitivity, we always recommend that you try a new product on a small area (for example, the inside of your arm) and wait 24 hours to see if you get a reaction.

We do not accept returns on discounted products or gift cards. If you would like more information regarding returns or complaints, please contact our customer service.

Change of product
The fastest way to exchange a product is to return the product you bought, and when the return is approved, you make a new purchase on the new product.

Refund
If your return is approved, a refund is made at the end of the week your return is delivered to us. The money will then arrive in the bank account you paid with within 5-7 working days. If you paid with swish, you will get the money back on the same day that your refund was made. If your return is not approved, you will be contacted.
